Delivery time
DHL Express usually delivers in 2 to 4 business days, door to door, with signature on delivery.
We prepare and pack every order by hand. As soon as it ships, we email you the DHL tracking number (and send it by WhatsApp if you gave us your number).
Insured shipping
Every shipment is insured for its value. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, write to us and we will sort it out with DHL: we replace the piece or refund you.
Duties and customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes under each country's rules. These charges are not included in the price and, when they apply, are collected by DHL or customs on delivery.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it after ordering, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible: we can fix it as long as the package has not shipped.
