Prices and availability

• All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• We work with unique pieces or small batches, so availability is limited. When you add a piece to your bag, we hold it for 15 minutes.
• If, by mistake, a piece you paid for is not available, we offer you another one or a full refund.

The pieces

Every Larimar and Amber stone is natural: color and veining vary from stone to stone, so your piece may look slightly different from the photos. If you want to see your exact piece before buying, ask us for photos on WhatsApp.

Payments

You can pay with PayPal or by card through PayPal at checkout, or complete the payment with our WhatsApp Assistant. An order is confirmed once we receive payment.

Shipping, returns and guarantee

Shipping costs and times are in Shipping & delivery. Returns, exchanges and the 30-day guarantee are in Guarantee & returns.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing we say about Larimar or Amber (their history or traditions) is a health claim or a medical benefit.

Store content

The photos, videos, text and designs in this store belong to Carmen Larimar. They may not be copied or used without our permission.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. We may update them; the version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought.
